I am a positive, highly motivated, and proactive Senior Security Specialist.  I am an All-Source Intelligence Analyst for the National Guard and a Senior Security Specialist for LinQuest.  As a testament to my character traits, I have passed the Security Fundamentals Professional Certification exam and scored exceptionally high in Industrial Security, Operational Security, and Information Security.  I have received multiple commendations as a Security Specialist.

INCIDENT AWARENESS AND ASSESSMENT

LEAD PAD CELL ANALYST

As a Processing Analysis Dissemination (PAD) Cell Analyst, I support the  California Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) efforts to fight wildfires and support Search and Rescue operations.  The efforts and coordination I perform are a critical part of the State of California’s effort to garner federal resources necessary to continue battling the fires.  I also perform as assistant security manager in the PAD cell.  I am an access manager for CUI material for the Domestic Operations Awareness and Assessment Response Tool. I assist the Officer in Charge (OIC) on the protection of sensitive data for each mission according to the appropriate system of record.  I was trained on regulations governing visiting personnel, information protection, operational security, and physical security requirements needed to keep the PAD Cell operational.

I have 5+ years of effectively conducting information security in accordance with 45 CFR 160. I log and file over 2000 specimens daily. I manage Personal Identifiable Information (PII) according to regulations using industry standard data management systems. I provide customer service for lab requests. I communicate with doctors and customers on how to complete various order forms related to the diagnosis. I resolve communication issues between the laboratory staff and nurses using tact and diplomacy. I create training and reference materials for other lab assistants for all stations. I analyze data on mock testing to maximize the success rate of hematology tests.  I have been an exceptional employee, and frequently have supervisors, peers, and subordinates seek me out to support operations in the lab.
